Please bring your yoga mat. Mats will not be provided.

Yoga Instructors

Linh Jiang   Apr. 5

Although I teach yoga I see myself a forever student. Teaching yoga keeps me motivated as I see students show up for the practice no matter where they are at. It's not about perfecting the pose but to enjoy the journey of progressing.

Yoga is not only a physical practice but also a way to connect with our spiritual self. It helps reset our mind and body and releases tension and stress. Join me on the mat to improve focus and patience, while lowering stress and anxiety.

Angela Gmeinweser   April 19

Angela completed her yoga teacher training in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she learned to teach with kindness and a sense of humour from her mentors Shanti and Prakash Acharya, Deependra Bhatt, and Ram Hari Thapa. She continues to practice with these values in mind, and feels drawn to teaching yoga to embrace movement as a way of knowing ourselves and the world around us.

Originally trained as a mindfulness practitioner, she later completed her yoga teacher training in Vancouver, where her practice deepened both on and off the mat. Specialising in yin yoga, Sarah creates calm, grounding spaces that invite students to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves.
