With our friends at Phillips Brewing, and presented by our media partners Victoria Taste Buds and Chek News, Picklefest is coming to Victoria for the first time! Featuring 35+ vendors offering all things pickled and fermented with fully licensed beverage selections and live music.

This is an all-ages event. Kids 12 and under are free with a ticket-holding guardian.

 

Ticket Types:

VIP Early Access gets you in one hour early (10:00 am), ahead of the crowds. It lets you skip the line, shop in peace, and meet the vendors before it gets busy!

• Early bird VIP pricing: $24.95 + fees
• Regular VIP pricing: $34.95 + fees

General Admission allows you to access the entire event as early as 11:00 am. 

• Early bird General Admission pricing: $14.95 + fees
• Regular General Admission pricing: $24.95 + fees

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Are there Early Bird tickets?
A: Yes—when available. Early Bird is limited quantity and can sell out fast. Once they’re gone, General Admission continues until we hit capacity.

 

Q: What’s the difference between Early Bird and General Admission?
A: Same Picklefest experience— except Early Bird gets you a slightly better price.  We have a limited number of Early Bird tickets available.

 

Q: Do tickets include food and drinks? Is there re-fillable water available?
A: Your ticket covers event entry. Food and drinks are available for purchase from our vendors and bars. There will be plenty of vendors where you can purchase meals. Be sure to bring an empty water bottle to fill up at our water stations.

 

Q: What does VIP include?
A: VIP gets you in an hour early, ahead of the lines and lets you shop & meet the makers / vendors ahead of the crowds.

 

Q: Are tickets sold at the door?
A: If the event isn’t sold out, we’ll have limited door tickets. Capacity is real—buy ahead to guarantee entry.

 

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t go?
A: No—tickets are final sale. 

 

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: Nope—mobile scan is perfect. Just have the QR code ready.

 

Q: Can I bring kids?
A: Yes kids under 12 are free and it is an all ages event 

 

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Almost all of our venues allow for dogs but please check with your specific market 

 

Q: Is the event accessible?
A: We aim to make every Picklefest accessible. Venue accessibility details (ramps, accessible washrooms, etc.) will be listed on the event page—DM us if you have specific needs.

 

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Picklefest events is shine or rain. 

 

Q: Can I leave and re-enter?
A: Re-entry depends on venue policy. If re-entry is allowed, you’ll get a wristband or stamp at the door.

 

Q: What can’t I bring?
A: No outside alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, professional photography/videography equipment or anything the venue prohibits. Bags may be checked at entry.

 

Q: Is parking available?
A: Parking varies by venue/city. Check the event page for transit/parking tips.

 

Q: What is the bathroom situation like at the venue?
A: Phillips Brewing offer urinals, single stalls, and accessible washrooms- our team has even installed flushable toilets and sinks!
