Description
Maintaining a balanced diet can be challenging for graduate students juggling academic, work, and personal commitments. Join us for an online workshop on Nutrition Fundamentals, where we will explore practical, evidence-based approaches to healthy eating and overall wellbeing. This session will be led by Gloria Sun, Manager of Nutrition and Wellbeing at UBC,and Registered Dietitian, who specializes in student health and nutrition.
The workshop will cover key questions such as what constitutes a balanced diet, essential nutrients for daily health, and how to build sustainable eating habits. The session will begin with a 45 minute presentation, followed by time for questions and informal discussion.
As a thank you for attending,Β 6 participants will be randomly selected to receive a $25 Uber Eats voucher.
