Chef Quang Dang brings his signature West Coast approach to this intimate four-course BBQ experience on the shores of Alta Lake. With a career shaped in some of Canada’s most celebrated kitchens, including West Restaurant during its award-winning years, Araxi in Whistler, and leadership roles within Top Table Group, Quang’s cooking reflects a deep respect for seasonality, sustainability, and ingredient-driven cuisine.

Pronounced “Wang,” Quang’s culinary journey spans global competitions such as the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon and the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels, alongside years spent working with leading chefs across the country. His approach to the grill is thoughtful and precise, balancing technique with a natural ease that allows each ingredient to stand on its own.

Set on the outdoor deck of the Station House, each course is prepared in real time, offering a window into Quang’s process as the evening unfolds. Guests are invited to engage, observe, or simply settle into the rhythm of the lake as flavours develop and the experience takes shape.

Paired with a selection of wine or non-alcoholic cocktails, this gathering offers a grounded yet elevated take on lakeside dining, where great food, fresh air, and good company come together naturally.

An intimate lakeside cabin set among evergreens, with outdoor seating and serene water and mountain views. Relaxed and personal, with a fully outdoor experience when weather allows.
Accessible by foot or bike only (45–60 min from Village). Limited nearby parking. Dress for changing weather.
