With a culinary path shaped through Niagara’s acclaimed kitchens, Vancouver’s diverse dining scene, and Whistler’s mountain lifestyle, Bruce brings both precision and ease to the grill, creating dishes that feel elevated yet grounded.

This four-course lakeside gathering invites you to unwind while each dish is prepared in real time on the outdoor deck of the Station House. As the lake settles into the evening, Bruce shares insights into his techniques and ingredients, offering moments of learning for those who are curious, while leaving space for others to simply enjoy the rhythm of the experience.

About the Location:

Station House at Alta Lake
An intimate lakeside cabin set among evergreens, with outdoor seating and serene water and mountain views. Relaxed and personal, with a fully outdoor experience when weather allows.
Accessible by foot or bike only (45–60 min from Village). Limited nearby parking. Dress for changing weather.
