Ticket Credit Q&A

1. You will receive your ticket credit via a confirmation email.

2. You can find your ticket credit status and available events by logging into your Showpass account and clicking “Credits” on the menu. Then, scroll down to “Ticket Credits” and click on "View Available Events."

3. Select the game of your choice and click "Buy Tickets." Choose your seats and the number of tickets needed. Then, click "Checkout" and "Continue." You will see a section labelled "Available Credits." Click "Apply" to redeem your credits. The balance should now be $0.

4. Click "Continue" to finalize your order and enjoy the game!

5. Important Note for Multiple Packs: If you have both an Adult and a Youth 4-Game Pack, please note that you will need to redeem them one at a time. This extra step only takes about 30 seconds!

Redeem Your Tickets Early: We recommend redeeming your tickets for your preferred matches as soon as possible. Seat selection is subject to availability and is managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please Note: 2026 Flex Packs are valid strictly for 2026 regular-season Canadian Premier League matches. They do not include Playoff games, the TELUS Canadian Championship, or Concacaf competitions.
